Our "Lifetime Plus One" Guarantee

We take pride and confidence in the craftsmanship of our work, and therefore guarantee all of our windchimes. Our "Lifetime Plus One" Guarantee covers all pieces of your windchime excluding the windcatchers; bring or send back your chime at any point to have it repaired at no charge.

To have your chime repaired, first e-mail a picture of the chime in its current state to islandwindcraft@gmail.com. We will assess the damage to the chime and determine whether to send you a repair kit or have the chime returned to us to be rebuilt. All shipping charges are to be covered by the customer. When returning chimes to us be mail, include all parts except the windcatcher. Mail the parts to:
